Angel M. Solorio
Mr. Solorio has 18 years of international banking experience. Prior to Logica, Mr. Solorio held various positions of responsibility from 1994-2001, most recently as Senior Vice President, with ABN AMRO’s Latin American Telecom Finance & Advisory Group in Miami, Florida.

During 1996-2001, Mr. Solorio was responsible for the marketing, structuring, negotiating and documenting of both non-rated structured debt and corporate finance transactions in Latin America for and on behalf of ABN AMRO’s worldwide telecom clients, such as: Nokia, Ericsson, Lucent, BellSouth, MCI, Telecom Italia, Qualcomm, and Siemens. Mr. Solorio played a leading role in structuring and/or advising on Latin America telecom transactions representing over US$ 7.5 billion in cumulative value since 1998.

From 1994-1996, Mr. Solorio was Vice President & Director of ABN AMRO’s representative office in Mexico where he was responsible for its structured and corporate finance activities, as well as, shared responsibilities in the establishment of ABN AMRO’s local subsidiary in Mexico when it opened its offices in March 1995.

Prior to ABN AMRO, Mr. Solorio was Vice President of Corporate Banking at BNP’s San Francisco’s agency, where he had responsibilities for the bank’s loan portfolio in high technology and telecom as well as large Mexican corporates.



Angie Llaca
Ms. Llaca has 10 years of international commercial and investment banking experience. Prior to Logica, Ms. Llaca spent 8 years with ABN AMRO in various positions of responsibility, most recently as Vice President with ABN AMRO’s Latin American Telecom Finance & Advisory Group in Miami, Florida.

During 1997-2001, Ms. Llaca was responsible for originating, structuring, and executing non-rated structured debt and corporate finance transactions in the telecom sector in Latin America for and on behalf of ABN AMRO’s worldwide clients, such as: Telefonica, Millicom, Nortel, Motorola, BCI, Ericsson and Leap Wireless.

Ms. Llaca played a leading role in structuring and/or advising on Latin America telecom transactions representing over US$ 3.5 billion in cumulative value since 1998.

Prior to 1997, Ms. Llaca was responsible for analyzing, structuring and executing structured finance transactions for companies in the Andean Pact countries and for financial institutions in Latin America, as well as, performing financial and structural risk analyses for these entities, and the handling of all the internal credit presentations and credit approval processes.
