Logica Capital Partners, LLC ("Logica") was founded in 2001 with the goal of providing specialized and conflict-free advice to clients at a time when the financial and investment banking institutions were either: a) demanding a bigger share of a client’s wallet and linking such product offerings like lending, advisory, treasury,research, M&A, and other services which created potentially conflicting situations, or b) realigning into more generalist execution groups as opposed to industry or geographic specific execution groups. This in turn left a void to the clients we typically serviced prior to our founding of Logica.
